What to Expect

Arrival at the centre:

During your pets first session, we will chat to you about your pet’s history, their likes and dislikes and get to know them a little bit. They may not be completely laps and laps of the pool, but they will be building a strong support network with our hydrotherapist.

Each time you arrive we will discuss your pet’s current health and revisit how they have been since their last visit. We will complete a quick health check, and they’ll have a rinse in the shower.

Time to make a splash!

Your dog will enter the pool in their own way – whether they run straight in or need gentle encouragement to enter the pool via the ramp. Our hydrotherapist will be in the pool for the full session, using supportive techniques and providing aid wherever needed.

Rinse off!

After their swim, your pup will have a further pamper to rinse off the pool water, followed by a towel dry and usually zoomies to dry off and feel those endorphins kicking in from their swim!
